Can you change my locks the same day?
In most cases yes — same-day fitting is available across our coverage area, subject to the parts your door needs being to hand.
Do I need to replace the whole lock or just the cylinder?
Often just the cylinder on UPVC and composite doors, since that's where the security sits. We recommend the smaller job where it's the right one.
Will the new lock meet my insurance requirements?
Yes — we fit to British Standard BS3621 and TS007 3-star where your policy requires it, and can show you the kitemark on the fitted lock.
I've just moved in — is it really necessary?
We'd strongly recommend it. You can't know who holds a key to your new home, and changing the locks removes that uncertainty completely.
